  • Six cups of broccoli sliced
  • 1 slice capsicum
  • 2 onion slices
  • Sauce as required
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 5 tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
