Chitai Pitha Simple Recipe
It is difficult to find any Bengali who does not love to eat pitha/cakes in winter. An amazing pitha what is called Chitai Pitha.

When winter comes the pitha shop been seeing in the city. But many people don’t like roadside pitha to eat. So you can make this Pitha at your home in winter morning.

Let’s see how you can make this pitha.
Ingredients:
- Polao rice 2 cups
- Salt ½ tea spoon
- Water 1 cup
- Boiled rice 1 table spoon
Directions:
- Wash the rice thoroughly and keep it in the water all night.
- First blend it with half a cup of water, add salt to it, add another half cup or amount of water to smooth it
- Heat the nonstick pan well, A little oil can be brushed
- Now pour the blended rice on the pan and cover it.
- After 3-4 minutes, open the lid and put the pitha/cakes in a bowl
- Make every pitha in this system.
- Then serve with chicken meat or other sauces
