Everybody will celebrate the Eid Fest and already people are in Eid mood. When the Eid-ul-Fitr came people eat more delicious and heavy food that’s why everyone need to be more health conscious.

Things to keep in mind in this Qurbani Eid :
- You will receive many invitations on this Eid. You know that you can not avoid and you have to eat meat. After eating Meat Digestion problem will increase. So you can keep lemon juice and green tea without sugar in the daily diet.
- Do not gain your weight in a few days in greed of eating meat. Health is the key to happiness – do not forget about it.
- Cows, buffaloes, goat and lamb have plenty of cholesterol. If you eat more meat in the long term, your health, especially heart can damage.
- Give more meat to the poor for eating less meat. Remember, eating meat on daily above 90 grams will increase the risk of cancer with heart disease. Health awareness is necessary.
- Try to eliminate fatty parts of meat. It is also good to not eat cereal, fat and brood.
- If you want to eat meat, try to boil it or burn it in the coal. Especially eating Kabab is the most healthy. Do not eat extra fried meat with more oil.
- When to eat follow the Dietitian and doctor’s advice. Take your dinner at least two hours before sleeping. Walk for half an hour after dinner.
- Since the excessive amount of meat is to be eaten put plenty of meat in the diet. Do not eat much in one time, eat less and after some time you can eat some more. As the amount of daily calories increases due to meat consumption, reduce the amount of dessert and sweet foods.
